At Vitae Deliciae, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at vitaedeliciae.co@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
Return Shipping
Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at vitaedeliciae.co@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at vitaedeliciae.co@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
